Direct Hire | $25-$30/Hour + Monthly Performance Bonus | Full Benefits Package

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales & Estimating Representative, you'll play a critical role in generating revenue, supporting customers, and helping secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, architects, designers, and project stakeholders via phone and email
  • Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals using company quoting software
  • Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Present product information, pricing, and technical details to customers
  • Manage and actively follow up on a large pipeline of active bids and sales opportunities
  • Strategically position products and solutions to win business in competitive bid situations
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to maximize project success and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project activity, and sales progress
  • Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Ensure all opportunities are managed efficiently from quote through award

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales, estimating, customer-facing sales, or business development experience
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial products, building materials, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing blueprints, specifications, architectural drawings, schedules, or construction documents
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes and project bidding
  • Experience using takeoff or estimating software
  • Exposure to building products, manufacturing, architectural products, or construction materials
  • Technical certification, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree preferred
